Walter R. Nutt graduated from ICI University of the Assemblies of God with a B.A. in Bible with a minor in Theology.
In the year 2004 he was awarded the Licenciatura of Theology from GLOBAL University of the Assemblies of God having defended his thesis entitled “A Manual for Facilitating the Teaching of New Testament Greek”.

Walter has earned the Master of Theology and Doctor of Theology from School of Bible Theology Seminary in San Jacinto California (1996 General Convention of the PCG). He graduated as a Certified Trainer with the John Maxwell Million Leader Mandate (6 one week modules) and is currently enrolled in the Master of Divinity degree from Global University in Springfield, Missouri and the Licenciatura in Intercultural Studies from UNIDAD in Sucre Bolivia.
Walter is Ordained with the Southwest Texas District of the Pentecostal Church of God and is an appointed missionary to Bolivia.
Dr. Walter is the elected Bishop of Bolivia and the appointed Area Supervisor for South America.
Dr. Nutt has taught Greek in bible Institutes, Universities, and Seminaries since 1985. He currently teaches at the Evangelical University of Bolivia, The Assemblies of God University of Bolivia, The World Gospel Mission Bible Institute, and Messenger Bible Institute (PCG). He served as the first Academic Dean of the Assemblies of God University - Sucre, Bolivia. Together with his wife Flora and 3 children, Walter has pioneered 5 churches and aided in the planting of an additional 6 churches in Bolivia.
Flora B. Nutt is Ordained with the SW Texas district of the PCG. She holds an 3 year Bible
Institute Diploma from the Brazilian Assemblies of God Institute in Bolivia. She earned a
Bachelor of Christian Education from the School of Bible Theology in San Jacinto
California. She graduated with honors with a Licenciatura of Psychology from the Bolivian
Evangelical University. She holds two Master’s degrees from the State University of
Barcelona, Spain: one of them in Clinical Psychology and the other in Psychiatry.
Flora is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Psychology program at the Catholic University - La Paz, Bolivia. The Catholic University of Bolivia is afiliated with Harvard University in the USA. Flora is a Certified Trainer of John Maxwell’s Million Leader Mandate training program (6 - one week modules).
Walter was born in Texas but has lived in Bolivia for 42 years - 14 years as an appointed missionary. He is a nationalized Bolivian. Flora was born in Bolivia.
